Customer service is a vital aspect of our company policy. We provide a technical support service and on site assistance for users of our own products and for other makes of power conversion equipment.
Our after sales support is designed to meet the individual requirements of each customer and can include product installation, commissioning, on site load testing, routine maintenance and product upgrades, battery monitoring and replacement.
We can also provide product familiarisation training for customers’ personnel on site, at the factory or at our offices to suit the circumstances and the needs of our customers.
Maintenance
Components used in power conversion systems including fans, capacitors, snubbers, chokes, fuses, lamps, batteries, etc, deteriorate with age. Experience shows that, with periodic inspections of components with a known life cycle expectancy and routine maintenance, possible problems and faults can be detected before they develop into costly repairs or unscheduled breakdowns. We offer comprehensive maintenance service contract packages to meet the individual needs of customers. Routine maintenance, preventive maintenance plans are offered with telephone technical support, emergency call out, battery maintenance, battery replacement, field upgrades of equipment.

Product Upgrade
In addition to our catalogued products, we have a custom design and manufacturing facility which enables us to re-engineer and supply replacement heat sink assemblies and magnetics such as chokes, transformers, filters and snubbers.
We can also reproduce critical printed circuit boards as plug compatible interchangeable substitutes to replace obsolete material or items made by the original manufacturers who are no longer in business.
Our design upgrade service is also offered to customers who are still using UPS systems, auxiliary power converters, inverters and battery chargers fitted with past technology thyristors, GTO and block transistor semiconductor devices.
We also provide an upgrade service focused on modernising old technology converters which includes the design, manufacture and fitting of custom engineered substitute magnetics, filters, sub assemblies, switching bridges and logic employing the latest in high frequency or low frequency semiconductor switching technology.
