| Applications:
- Train, Metro and Light Rail, on
board rail vehicles auxiliary power converters, battery
charging, air conditioning, communication, train management
systems.
- Railway and mass transit systems,
signalling, track switching, communications, tunnel
emergency lighting, security, CCTV surveillance and
control centres and trackside services.
| TT
Transportation technology, auxiliary power converters,
inverters and battery chargers for use on board
all types of rail and other mass transport passenger
vehicles and locomotives. Converters are custom
designed for use on AC and DC catenary voltages
up to 3000V or on third rail 750V DC service lines.
The converters can be produced to deliver single
or multiple AC outputs 3 phase, single phase 50Hz,
60Hz or 100Hz and combined with DC battery charging
facilities.

CETACT
2
A
range of 19 inch rack mounting DC to DC converters which
has been developed for use on light rail vehicles, trams,
trolley buses and metro cars for use with the on board
communications systems and other auxiliaries where a
stabilised 24 volts DC or 48 volts DC is required.
The CETACT 2 units have been designed for installation
in the Siemens Deuwag trams as mechanically and electrically
interchangeable converters as substitute replacements
for the originally as built tram equipment.
WMR Series
Heavy duty, modular ruggedised DC to DC converters
providing galvanic isolation, transient protection,
voltage conversion, stabilisation and regulation
for use on board all types of rail vehicles
and locomotives for UHF/VHF microwave transmitters
and receivers, voice/data radio equipment,
isolation from 24v, 36v, 48v and 110v batteries.
These products provide a regulated output voltage
to all types of critical loads irrespective
of the discharge recharge cyclic status of the
connected battery.
