DC to AC Power Supply Systems
An inverter is an electrical device that converts direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). The converted AC can be at any required voltage and frequency with the use of appropriate transformers, switching, and control circuits.
Our diverse range of inverters supply single phase or three phase AC power suitable for all types of industrial critical loads. These inverters are fitted with double shielded control logic and are of a rugged construction with seismic qualification. They are often required in the public utilities companies, grid network control centres, HV sub stations and nuclear power stations. These products can also be supplied to telecommunications and broadcasting corporations as well as high security surveillance centres.

Industrial Inverters
IMU Series
Industrial, power station class high performance inverters for 48V DC, 120 V DC, 240V DC and 400V DC input with, single phase 50Hz or 60Hz, 230V or 120V AC output up to 150kVA with 400V DC bus. Three phase output versions are available from 10kVA to 150kVA. Rack mounting telecoms inverters are available with 24V DC or 48V DC input with output up to 15kVA.
All units are available with static bypass, manual maintenance bypass, analogue metering, supplied as single modules or configured for parallel operation.

Rack Mounting Inverters
WM Series
High performance compact dimensional 19’’ 1U (44.45mm) high rack mounting range of inverters up to 1000 watts. The WM inverters with12, 24, 48 and 130V DC input versions and single phase 120V AC frequency stable 60Hz output.
The DC to DC converter can be provided as a basic inverter or with a built-in automatic load bypass transfer switch features to permit operation in "on-line" or "standby" mode.
These units are suited to space limited applications and are often installed on board rail vehicles, trolley buses, locomotives and military rough terrain off road vehicles. Certain models in this range of products are registered with NATO part numbers.
DC to DC converters are also available in this 1U high 19” rack construction for use on 24, 48 or 130V DC inputs that can be supplied with parallel configuration kits for multi module assembly.
